FAQs

The books are written for ages 3-12. They come both in hardcover and softcover versions.

The purpose of writing these books is to create universal stories that foster emotional growth and character despite personal differences and beliefs. The books do not contain any religious-affirming language and are considered agnostic, although some stories have spiritual undertones. Little Charity and Little Faith, for example, show prayer in illustrations to convey hope.

    My daughter loves this!

As a parent I’m always striving to teach my kids the importance of emotional resiliency and to have an understanding of different virtues, so I’m so glad to have found these books!

Little Virtues are an award winning children's books series that make learning virtues fun and easy to understand. Written in rhyme verse by Rose Sprinkle and beautifully illustrated by various artists, each tale is heartwarming in its own right. We got the Volume 1 compilation book which includes the following stories:

    1. Little Brave (knight) - teaches you to be courageous and have the will to keep trying even if you’re scared and the odds are against you

    2. Little Envy (mermaid) - teaches you to accept your imperfections and although you may want what someone else has they aren’t perfect either

    3. Little Charity (Christmas elf) - teaches you how much joy you can get by giving to others without expecting anything in return

    4. Little Love (pink-haired girl) - teaches the importance of self-love

    5. Little Faith (Asian girl) - teaches you to have the faith to continue and persevere, never lose hope

Aside from the books, they also make character dolls! My daughter got a Little Love doll, and even when she takes her to the playground the other kids want to hold Little Love too. Of course my daughter lets them hold her because she wants to share the Love, literally!

    Little Charity perfect Christmas bundle

Little Charity book and Doll are the perfect bundle for any kid. The stickers were a nice plus for little girls. My daughter received it as a gift and Little Charity is part of her sleeping routine now. She has used the stickers for her diary and also for some of her Christmas cards for her friends. We loved this bundle and can't wait to add more.

Worth it! Powerful messege behind the book.

My 4 year old autistic daughter loves this book and plush. This is what every young child needs to practice self acceptance. To be yourself and never compare yourself to others, you are one of a kind ❀️
