Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days except backpacks , pencil pouches, and book bags which are custom done once an order is placed. They take take 2-5 business days to produce and another 2-5 business days to ship. They are shipped separately.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Speed & Carrier
USPS Media Mail: 2-8 Days
USPS Ground: 2-5 Days
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 Days
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Little Virtues ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S
Free Domestic Shipping on orders over $75
We currently offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories included. Digital downloads & gift card purchases are excluded from Free Shipping, their values do not count towards the $75 cart total.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Lost + Stalled Packages
If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811. Please understand that we do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Please contact your carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf.
We do not issue refunds on lost packages. If your package tracking has stalled while in transit, making a personal claim with USPS is the best route to take as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim. Click here to visit USPS.com to begin this process.
Damages
The Little Virtues is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please make sure to include this information and a photo of the product in your message to our customer service team at support@thelittlevirtues.com
We offer free return shipping on all orders within the United States., or the option to be refunded with in-store credit with the cost of the original item plus 10% more.
Returns will be accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery of your item. Requests initiated after 30 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted. Please reach out to our customer service team at support@thelittlevirtues.com to initiate the return process.
From the time your package arrives at our facility, it may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. Funds will not be returned to your account until the product is received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging.
Digital Downloads and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
