Little Clean is a zombie boy with matted hair, green skin, and a heart of gold. He just wants to make a friend. But humans take one whiff of him and run.
So with a little help from Death himself, Little Clean learns to wash up, brush his teeth, mend his clothes, clean his cemetery — and most important of all, treat others with kindness, no matter how they look on the outside.
It's a Halloween story your kids will love. Hidden inside the spooky-cute story is a real lesson in self-care and hygiene, and the most important kind of clean — a clean heart. It's the kind of book that earns its place on the shelf the whole year.

HELLO THERE, I'm rose
Meet The Author
Hi, I'm Rose Sprinkle.
I'm a mom of two and the author of eight award-winning children's books called The Little Virtues. I've been building this series for the last seven years and love every book and character that has come to life.
And now, you get to be part of the process. Little Clean is my next book — and I'd love to bring you along for the journey from manuscript to print. As part of supporting and backing the book, you'll have a first look into my process and have a say in helping shape the look and feel of the story.
Where did Little Clean's inspiration come from you might ask? A lot comes from my family. My brother has a deathly fear of zombies, and my husband is a huge fan of the walking dead. I've always wanted to do a Halloween book, and I loved the idea of a zombie being tired of...well, being a gross zombie :)
I run workshops in schools and libraries based on these books. Little Clean will help teach kids about the importance of hygiene and picking up after themselves. You'll not only help in creating an awesome book, but also help teach kids valuable lessons for a lifetime.
