Your child chooses missions like reading to others, making treats, spreading gratitude, or creating decorations—and earns stars as they go. It’s a simple way to build kindness, confidence, and holiday magic as a family. And it's all done conveniently within an app that helps guide you through each mission.
Is the challenge free?
Yes! The Cheer Challenge is completely free to join. Just sign up, download the app, and start completing missions whenever you’re ready.
What ages is this for?
The challenge is perfect for kids ages 4–10, but older siblings often jump in too. Missions include multiple difficulty levels so you can choose what fits your child best.
How long do the missions take?
Most missions take 10–20 minutes, while a few bigger ones (like baking or making a gratitude jar) may take longer. You choose how many to complete—there’s no pressure to finish them all.
Do I need special supplies?
Most missions will use supplies you have at home. For those that need something extra, a shopping list is inside the app that tells you exactly what and where to buy online to make it super easy.
Is this safe for kids?
Yes! The app is 100% kid-friendly. No public posting, no chat, and no sharing your child’s information. Parents approve everything.
Do we have to complete all the missions?
Not at all! Your child can choose any missions they want. Some families do 3, others do 12. The challenge is designed to fit your holiday rhythm—not overwhelm it.

At the end your child or family receives a "Nice List" Certificate from Santa with their name on it that you can download, print, and share!
Do I have to use the app or is there a paper version?
Yes there's a no screen version. Simply download the mission letters inside the app.
